Is there a deadline to redeem?
You must make your selections and complete your order by 11:00 PM ET on Sunday, June 30, 2024. Codes not redeemed during this time will be forfeited.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will ship out by July 26th. If you have not received your order by August 30th, please email us at cs@sigmarsolutions.com.

Can I return or exchange an item I've already ordered?
All transactions are final, and items cannot be returned once orders are processed.

What happens to my code if I don't use it?
Any codes not used by the end of the shopping period will be forfeited.
